The preparation is very easy and simple. All you need to have in order to properly prepare the tincture is bay leaf and little bit of alcohol.

Ingredients needed:

– 30 grams of fresh bay leaves

– 300 ml of 60% alcohol

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the bay leaves into very small pieces and put them in a jar. Add the alcohol and tightly close the jar. Place the tightly closed jar in a warm place and let it stand still for 10 days. Strain the tincture after 10 days and transfer the resulting liquid in a bottle which you can also close tightly.

Usage:

You can use the tincture to massage painful areas. You can use the tincture in another way – by consuming 10 drops of it dissolved in water, 3 times a day before meal.

Caution:

This caution applies to any kind of bay leaf consummation. Bay leaf must not be used longer than one month. You must make at least 15-day break before you continue using it. Pregnant women and children under 6 years of age must not use bay leaf.
