The study showed when coconut oil is treated with digestive enzymes it reduces growth of many germs.

Coconut oil has many medicinal properties but a recent study showed when it is treated with enzymes, it becomes much stronger in killing germs.

It has been said that coconut oil is a natural product and can replace harmful chemicals in our toothpaste and is needed in small quantities. It is better in fighting bacteria and stops any future antibiotic resistance in bacteria.

Also it was studied that coconut oil has a good effect on our stomach and keeps it healthy.

You cannot imagine if coconut oil can be used as toothpaste but we can try it. It doesn’t have fluoride and is better for fighting germs.

Take some coconut oil in your mouth and swirl it in your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Do not swallow it as it contains waste. Spit it out in the bin and rinse your teeth with water.
