– 5 organic carrots
– 2 organic lemons
– ½ tsp grated ginger
– 1 tbsp powdered turmeric or grated, fresh turmeric
– 1 organic cucumber
– 1 organic orange
– Cut the cucumber and carrots.
– Peel the fruits
– Blend all the ingredients.
– Serve with ice or just as it is.
– Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach
