- Aloe Vera gel- 3 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar- half cup
- Finely chopped carrots- half cup
Blend all the ingredients until they form a paste. Increase or decrease the amount as per your usage.
Apply it on the affected area. Cover it with a bandage. Leave it for half an hour. Wash off with lukewarm water. Keep your leg raised during the application for better effect.
The antioxidants in carrots and the anticoagulants in apple cider vinegar helps in treating the condition. Aloe Vera is an anti-inflammatory agent.
