The following breakfast recipe is one of the healthiest you will come across. It has a lot of minerals and vitamins. It can improve your skin, hair, metabolism and bodily functions. You can also detoxify your body and cleanse your bowels.

– Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
– Plums- 5-7
– Milled flaxseed- 1 tsp
– Oatmeal- 2 tsp
– Organic kefir- 250 ml
– Place the plums in a bowl. Pour boiling water on them.
– Leave it for 10 minutes.
– In another bowl, add the oatmeal, flaxseeds and cocoa in it
– Add kefir.
– Mix all ingredients
– Blend the plums in a blender and add it to the above mix
– Store it in the fridge
– Have the next morning
Always prepare it the previous evening and consume the next morning. You can see the results in a week. It may feel a little strange the first time, but you will soon get used to it.
