Enjoying hot bath after the hardworking day help for relaxation and relieve from tensions throughout the day.

If you have a habit to relax in a hot bath, then make your bath healing. With regular practice of this healing bath you will cleanse your body, but also your mind.
RECIPE FOR DETOX BATH
– 1 tablespoon of malic acid
– 1 cup bitter salt (magnesium sulfate / Epsom / English salt – you can buy it in a pharmacy)
– 1 cup of healing clay (you can buy it from healthy food stores, bigger markets and pharmacies)
– 2-3 fresh twig rosemary
– 3 to 5 drops of cinnamon essential oil
– 3 to 5 drops of lavender essential oil
Mix well all above mentioned ingredients and put them into the bath tub full of warm water. Go into the bath tub; soak your entire body, including your head.
Before you dive your head, take a deep breath. When you take out your head, deeply inhale and exhale for three times. Inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.
Repeat the procedure few more times. It will help you to successfully release from the stress.
Your body by osmosis makes substances exchange and gets rid of the toxins and in that way releases stress.
You can make this detox bath as many times as you want, but it is recommended for at least once in a week.
If you do not have time for such relaxing bath of your entire body, then make a bath for your feet.
