– 500 grams of honey
– 300 grams of olive oil
– 3 tablespoons of powdered St. John’s wort flower
Method of preparation:
Mix all abovementioned ingredients and stir until you end up with a homogeneous mixture.
Way of consuming:
Consume one tablespoon of the resulting remedy three times a day, half an hour before each meal.
