- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- One cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat the milk and add the cinnamon. Then add the coconut oil, honey, turmeric, and pepper and stir constantly until the mixture heats up. Do not let it boil. Strain and drink.
