– The body starts wanting more amount of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D by drinking soy milk
– The presence of haemagglutinin in soy milk can clump or clot the red blood cells.
– Soy is contaminated by high amounts of pesticides. About 99% of it is genetically modified.
– It also has large amounts of phytic acid. Phytic acid is a knonn inhibitor of magnesium, copper, zinc, calcium and iron.
– It can lead to the development of Alzheimer’s. This is because it can affect the nervous system, kidneys due to its toxicity with aluminium.
– It can cause vitamin B 12 deficiency. This is because soy contains a B12 homologue which is not processed by the body.
– They are dangerous to consume because they are exposed to high levels of processing which involve treating them at very high temperature.
– It also has isoflavones which are toxic to the body. Geinstein and daidzein can cause breast cancer. Already existing breast cancer can develop more with soy milk.
– Estrogens are also present in soy milk. They can lead to infertility. Endocrine function is also adversely affected.
Carrageenan found in soy milk is also harmful. It causes ulcers, lesions, and inflammation and colon cancer. Insulin resistance and glucose tolerance can also be developed according to the American Diabetes Association.
