As a result of certain habits that we practice every day, fat is deposited on only one part of the body.
Depending on your critical point of obesity, you can lose weight with a few tips.
1. Upper body
Most affected body parts for gaining weight: Belly, chest, shoulders, back and arms (without the forearms).
Cause: Wrong diet and lack of exercise.
Solution: Enter dietary changes that include input of 500 to 1000 fewer calories on a daily basis and exercise form 30 to 60 minutes up to 5 times a week. Cardio exercises are highly recommended (brisk walking or cycling).
2. From the bellybutton up and upper back
Most affected body parts: Chest and back
Cause: Excessive work of the stress hormone called cortisol.
Solution: Consume healthy foods rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Combine your diet with exercises that reduce stress, such as yoga and Pilates.
In case your stomach is bloated all the time, without presence of fat, it can be a result of wheezing and excessive alcohol consumption.
3. Whole back
Cause: Lack of physical activity and bad diet i.e. you are prone to overeating or skipping meals.
Solution: Eat 5 moderate meals during the day. Besides that, try walking more, swimming and practicing exercises that activate muscles on the back.
4. The lower abdomen, thighs and buttocks
Cause: Lack of physical activity.
Solution: Focus on endurance exercise for the lower body part, such as cycling and circular training.
In case you are prone to cellulite, do not forget to make natural masks and coatings.
5. Belly, buttocks and entire legs
Cause: Adipose tissue builds up in these parts usually as a consequence of pregnancy.
Solution: With this problem apply the same tips as those under 4 or greater physical activity which activates critical parts and natural products that melt fat deposits.
