– Remove all your makeup
– Use a no-fragrance soap to lather and rinse your face
– Add 2 tbsp of baking soda into water to form paste
– Massage it gently on your face for 30 seconds in circular motion (don’t scrub)
– Your skin will be clean and fresh
– You can also put some of it on your toothpaste and brush your teeth before going to bed
