1. Face point
This point is located between the upper lip and the nose. Press the center of this point and push towards the teeth. This should take from 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Breasts point
Find the chest bone, it is long and narrow and connects the ribs. Once you have found it, follow it with your fingers until you find the end. Press the final part, and the pressure should be towards the back. However, be careful not to press too hard. Press for 20-30 seconds.
3. Abdomen point
Follow the line between the belly button and the pubic bone, in the middle of the stomach, with your fingers. The pressure point is in the middle of the line. Press the point with your fingers (not very hard) towards the spine and hold it for about 30 seconds.
4. Hand point
Press your hand into fist and you will see two prominent tendons on the inside of the forearm. On your hand close to the wrist you will see hollow. This point is on about two width of the thumb towards the elbow, between the two tendons. Hold the point for 30 seconds.
