When you see yourself in a mirror in the morning, your stomach looks flat and your waist tiny. It makes you feel satisfied, but after noon and at night your stomach looks twice bigger. The reason is not putting on weight overnight, but the daily routines that cause bloat and gases, and this makes seemingly increased stomach. If you want in only 6 days to reduce the stomach volume, and to wear your favorite apparel, apply the following 6 rules.
1. REDUCE SALT INTAKE
Salt makes food more delicious, but is also keeps the water in the body and causes feeling of bloat, and therefore, your stomach increases. That means that fast food and salty snacks during the following week are prohibited.
2. REDUCE CARBS INTAKE
White bread for breakfast and pastas and rice for lunch, are every day diet to everyone. But these products contain too much carbs, which have negative effects on your body line and your stomach. So, remove them from your weekly menu.
You better eat food rich in proteins, such as eggs and cheese for breakfast. For lunch consume fruit, and you can also eat rice, but brown rice.
3. FORGET ABOUT MILK
