Cauliflower with turmeric is a nice healthy dish that is very easy to make. Always have it as a standby. The spicy flavor of turmeric along with a tinge of pepper and ginger will give an extra edge to the dish.

– Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
– Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
– Put the pieces in a baking dish and add oil, cumin, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
– Cover the dish with a foil. This will not allow the vegetable to dry.
– Roast it for 30-40 minutes.
– Remove the foil. Cook for 15 more minutes.
Note: it is better to use coconut oil. This is because olive oil oxidizes when heated. It should be used only for cold dishes. Coconut oil is heat resistant.

– Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and leave it for 5 minutes.
– Cut garlic into small pieces.

– When the broth boils, add the cauliflower, garlic and turmeric. Boil for 5 minutes.
