The most important meal of the day is breakfast. Breakfast needs to give us energy in order to successfully deal with all daily chores, which means it should be an energy bomb, consisted of proteins and natural sugars.

– 1 big banana
– 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame spread)
– 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
– Walnuts, dried cranberries, almonds, raisins
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the banana length wise into 2 equal parts
2. Mix the peanut butter and tahini well and apply the resulting mixture onto two banana parts.
3. Add the honey or maple syrup on top of everything.
4. Add something additional if you want to and enjoy this healthy breakfast!
