Every Night Before You Go To Bed, Drink This Mixture: You Will Remove Everything You Have Eaten During The Day Because This Recipe Melts Fat For Full 8 Hours

September 4, 2016 by admin 5 Comments

This delicious drink will make your fat disappear.  No, really!  Everything that you have eaten in the day can be melted away while you sleep. Some mixtures can stimulate the burning of fat.  Others work as a laxative.  What we have found is a mixture that will do both – burn your fat, detoxify and cleanse while you sleep. The longer you sleep, the more fat you burn.  Fat all around your body will disappear, especially the fat that is stubborn.

Watch the fat around your stomach and hips go!

Ingredients

  • Hot water (1 cup)
  • Honey
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Parsley
  • Lemon

Directions

  • Boil the water.
  • Slice a lemon and add it in.
  • Add a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of ginger and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Mix all together and add some fresh parsley.

Leave it to cool down and then drink before you go to bed.  Your body will keep digesting the food you have eaten in the day, all night.  Your body muscles will strengthen and, as your metabolism changes while you sleep, your fat will burn.

Try and have an early supper and do not eat for a few hours before you go to sleep.  Then have your tea and have a wonderful nights sleep.  Get on the scale when you rise. You’ll be astonished.

Honey for weight loss and other benefits

One really interesting benefit of honey is that it’s absorbed by the body more slowly than sugar, making it a good choice for people who are physically active because it helps them avoid having a sudden “spike” in energy and then quickly losing it. It’s a good idea to consume honey in moderate amounts before and after exercise, as it also stabilizes glucose levels throughout the day, making it an ideal food to improve performance and prevent fatigue.

Choosing honey makes you less likely to break your diet because it gives you a greater sense of satisfaction when you eat it, and makes you less likely to choose other foods that are high in sugars, fats, or calories.

Ginger for Weight Loss – The Studies

According to the ancient practice of Ayurveda, eating and drinking ginger root can help keep your weight under control and research has confirmed this as well.

In a study published in the Journal of the Science and Food of Agriculture in 2014, researchers found that overweight rats who were given gingerol (a compound found in ginger) were able to lose weight after a 30-day supplementation period. The rats also showed improvements to blood sugar levels and leptin levels.

Leptin is a compound that plays a role in feeling full and satisfied after a meal and I’ve already covered in great detail the importance of leptin for weight loss.

The researchers concluded that ginger supplementation suppresses obesity induced by a high fat diet and it might be a promising adjuvant therapy for the treatment of obesity and its complications.

Another study published the prior year in the European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences showed that ginger supplementation had an equal impact on rat weight loss as a popular weight-loss medication, Orlistat. Additionally, the ginger caused noteworthy improvements to blood cholesterol level, with “good” cholesterol levels (HDL) up from their baseline level.

With ginger’s power to help you feel full and help you properly digest your food, it’s no wonder that it shows such a strong impact on weight loss.

Parsley & Weight Loss

Parsley is extremely low in calories and high in nutrients, including vitamins A, C, B-9, K and iron. Parsley is a also rich source of cancer-fighting antioxidants and can be included in a sensible weight loss diet as a garnish or a nutrient-dense ingredient in recipes. However, adding parsley to your daily food intake does not ensure you will lose weight.

Cinnamon and Weight Loss

Cinnamon has a regulatory effect on blood sugar levels and simultaneously increases insulin levels in the body. It imitates the biological activity of insulin and increases the metabolism of glucose. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to increased storage of fat by the body, cinnamon helps prevent this increased storage of fat and enables you to lose weight. In addition, it influences the manner in which sugar is metabolized by the body and prevents the transformation of the metabolized sugar into fat. Cinnamon also delays the passing of food from the stomach into the intestine. Hence, you feel satisfied for a longer time and eat less. This helps you lose weight. Cinnamon also helps the body to process carbohydrates more efficiently and this assists you in losing a few pounds. Studies show that abdominal fat is more sensitive to the effects of cinnamon than fat from other parts of the body.

Lemons and Weight Loss

While lemons may not hold the key to unlocking your thin self, substances in lemons helped rodents lose weight in one study. The polyphenols, which are plant compounds that also act as antioxidants, in lemon peel — some of which are also found in the juice — may help stimulate the liver to burn fat, according to a 2008 study published in Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition. This study found that supplementing rats on a high-fat diet with lemon polyphenols helped prevent weight gain and the accumulation of body fat better than rats simply fed a high-fat diet. While this research shows a that a link between lemons and weight loss may be possible, not all animal studies translate to humans, and clinical trials need to be conducted in people before any claims can be made.

If you’re working out, the vitamin C in the lemon juice may help your body burn more fat, according to a 2005 article published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition. The authors report that getting an adequate intake of vitamin C helps the body burn 30 percent more fat during exercise. Most importantly, people who carry more body weight tend to have lower levels of vitamin C. Juice from one lemon has 18 milligrams of vitamin C, and you need 75 to 90 milligrams a day.

Benefits of Drinking More Water

When you’re trying to lose weight, adding more water to your diet may be beneficial. Drinking 2 cups of water before each meal helped a group of overweight and obese adults following a weight-loss diet lose more weight — 4 more pounds over 12 weeks — than those simply following the diet, according to a 2010 study published in Obesity. The researchers concluded that the water helped the group fill up faster so they ate even less. While water may help you feel more full, however, there’s also some evidence it may give your body a calorie- and fat-burning boost, according to the authors of a 2008 study published in the journal Obesity. If you don’t drink water because it doesn’t have any flavor, adding lemon may encourage you to drink more and get the weight-loss benefits of the calorie-free beverage.
