Nothing completes an outfit like a nice shoe, but beauty comes with a price and nobody knows this better that the women who have to “suffer” the consequences of wearing a shoe that is too tight or doesn’t fit right in order to look better.
But every time that we slip in without remorse into a shoe that is too tight we need to remember that our feet are the base of our body that holds the weight of the whole body, let us stand upright with a firm posture, so we need to give them a little more credit and take care of them.
The worst thing that we can do to our feet is to not let them dry, and while they are wet to cover them with a sock and that do even a worse job by sticking them in a shoe and with that we are making favorable conditions for blisters, pain, bad smell, or worse, we are inviting the true enemy the annoying fungi.
To make up for the over-demand that we give to our feet we owe it to ourselves to keep them optimal condition: free of fungus and imperfections in the nails and its surroundings. To do that is easier than you think, there is no need of expensive treatments and creams, the remedy is something that every household has. Here is the solution:
For this all you need is vinegar, it will help to get rid of all the impurities and imperfections.
How do you use it? Take them off!
First, you need a bowl so we can water down the vinegar because besides of it’s good characteristics it is not advisable to use it pure.
Second, you need to soak the feet in the solution and upon the contact with the feet, you’ll sense a very strong odor, which will disappear after drying the feet. Be sure that the feet are completely dry because as we mentioned before wet feet are one of the reasons for the appearance of fungi.
Beside of keeping your feet clean, soaking them can often be very relaxing
NOTE: YOU SHOULD NOT USE IT IF DIABETES.
