The worst thing that we can do to our feet is to not let them dry, and while they are wet to cover them with a sock and that do even a worse job by sticking them in a shoe and with that we are making favorable conditions for blisters, pain, bad smell, or worse, we are inviting the true enemy the annoying fungi.
To make up for the over-demand that we give to our feet we owe it to ourselves to keep them optimal condition: free of fungus and imperfections in the nails and its surroundings. First, you need a bowl so we can water down the vinegar because besides of it’s good characteristics it is not advisable to use it pure.
Second, you need to soak the feet in the solution and upon the contact with the feet, you’ll sense a very strong odor, which will disappear after drying the feet. Be sure that the feet are completely dry because as we mentioned before wet feet are one of the reasons for the appearance of fungi.
