1. Consume protein
Instead food rich in carbohydrates, such as whole grain bread, select something rich in protein. Egg whites, protein shakes or yogurt with forest fruits is always a better choice.
2. Add fiber in your diet
Forest fruits, flaxseed, vegetables without starch and coconut flour are all excellent sources of fiber needed by our organism for good functioning.
3. Avoid heavy evening meals
Meals based on vegetables, fish or sweet potatoes are a perfect example of healthy and light dinner. Spice up your meal with herbs instead of salt, butter and oil.
4. Drink more yogurt
Protein and probiotics can be found in yogurt. These compounds reduce the feeling of bloating. However, avoid fruit yogurts because they are filled with sugars and additives.
5. Avoid sweeteners
Use stevia instead of sugar. It does not contain calories thus affecting the reducing of your waistline.
6. Chose the right fats
Instead of using refined cooking oil, use oil in the form of spray and eat seeds that contain more protein and fiber and less fat than nuts.
