Here are three ways that show how to achieve the desired results.

1. Baking soda Lime juice and Grapefruit

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • juice of 1 lemon or grapefruit.
  • ½ glass of water.

Dissolve the soda in a glass of water and then add the grapefruit or lemon juice, then stir well. Drink every day, 20 minutes before breakfast and feel how it melts away the belly fat.

2. Baking soda with Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1 glass of water.

3. Baking soda with Fruits

  • 2 lemons.
  • 2 cups water.
  • 1 cup of strawberries.
