Skin tags, also known as arcochordon. They are usually harmless. They occur in middle age. Tags are usually found in the folds of your body like armpits, groin, neck, under the breast and eyelids. They are also common in pregnant women. You can identify it as a lose skin hanging from a stalk.
If you see any extra growth from a rough surface, it is a wart. They can be caused by viruses like human papilloma virus (HPV). It is an infection due to which the upper layer of the skin grows very fast.
There are easier ways of treating it. You need not take medications or visit a skin doctor. Use hydrogen peroxide. It is cheap and easily available.
The kind of hydrogen peroxide to use for skin tags and warts
35% food grade hydrogen peroxide should be used for tags and warts. Always store it in a dark, cool place. It gets disintegrated in the presence of light and heat. Keep the bottle in a safe place, away from children and pets. Label it.

– 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide
File off the top layer of the plantar wart first.
Soak the cotton swab in the hydrogen peroxide.
Rub it on the area which is affected.
Make sure hydrogen peroxide does not come in contact with non-affected areas of the skin. It can lead to stinging.
Repeat it 3-5 times every day. Continue for a two weeks.
Continue the treatment until the wart becomes dark and falls off. Having a white area surrounding the affected area is normal. It means the treatment is working.
