Ginger Ale Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of peeled and chopped ginger
  • Raw honey
  • 4 cups of water
  • Some sparkling water
  • 2 juiced limes
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:

Pour the 4 glasses of water into a pot and heat the water until it boils. Next, add the ginger and reduce the heat to a medium-low, and let the ginger sit in the water for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes strain the drink in order to remove the parts of ginger.

To make the ginger ale combine 1 part of the ginger water with 3 parts of sparkling water and to give it a more refreshing taste, just add some ice, raw honey or lime juice to your drink.
