Clay’s healing properties are well known since long time ago.
Today, the healing properties of clay are acknowledged in medicine because it is knows that it contains a lot of mineral salts and trace elements, aluminum, potassium, silicon, calcium, sodium, iron, silver, magnesium, copper and lead.

First week: Drink the water, without the sludge.
Second week: Stir the sediment, leave to stand still for a while, and then you should drink the mild-turbid water without half of the sediment.
Third week: You mix the sludge and water and drink the entire mixture.

Mix 3 tablespoons (wooden or plastic) of clay powder with a few drops of lemon juice and carbonated mineral water in order to get homogenized mixture. You can add and St John’s wort, almond or olive oil into this mixture.
