This recipe is made from 7 ingredients which you use at home daily. It can be made easily and it needs to be used for 7 days only.
– Garlic- I clove
– Honey- 1 tsp
– Lemon- 1 tbsp
– Apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp
Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds in a blender. Strain and refrigerate for 5 days.
Have one tsp before breakfast and one after dinner. Do not have it more than three times a day. You will see that your blood pressure and cholesterol levels will come down. You will also end up feeling more energetic.
