Breakfast: Place a spoonful of oat flakes, previously soaked overnight, in a large bowl. Then add half an orange sliced into cubes, 250 ml of yogurt, and 100 grams of grapes. Stir everything well and eat.
Lunch: Chop 200 grams of pumpkin in tiny cubes and briefly fry then on a little butter in order to soften. Then take 100 grams of grapes (cut the grains in half), and 100 grams of lettuce. Mix all abovementioned ingredients well. Finally, add a tablespoon of finely chopped nuts over the resulting mixture.
Dinner: Fruit salad and chicken breast. Mix 100 grams of grapes, 50 grams of pineapple chopped into cubes, add grape juice and a little water if necessary. Cook the chicken breasts in water shortly.
Breakfast: Mix 250 grams of yogurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Finally, add 150 grams of grapes.
Lunch: Boil 5 tablespoons of rice in three times more water. Add 2 tablespoons of minced meat of your favorite fish fried in olive oil. Add 150 grams of grapes in the resulting mixture.
Dinner: Cook 100 grams of potato, 1 carrot and 1 celery. Cook everything for about 15 minutes and season with your favorite spices. After that you need to add 250 grams of fresh black grapes.
Breakfast: Put 100 grams of lean cheese in a blender and 150 grams of grapes. Mix the ingredients well until you end up having homogeneous mixture.
Dinner: Prepare grape jelly made of 250 grams of grape juice, 50 grams of grape grains, half an apple, and 5 grams of gelatin. Mix the gelatin with little bit of water, let it stand still, and then it add grape juice. While constantly stirring you need to add the apple slices and grape grains cut in half. Allow the resulting mixture to cool for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Breakfast: Spread the lean cheese on a slice of bread. Eat the slice of bread before you consume 200 grams of grapes.
Lunch: Make grape pancakes made of 3 tablespoons of flour, half a cup of water and 1 egg. Bake the pancakes and fill them with a mixture made of 1 tablespoon of mineral water and 200 grams of minced grapes.
Dinner: Prepare turkey meat stew with mushrooms. First you have to chop the meat into thin slices, and then fry it. Boil 100 grams of broccoli for around 2-3 minutes, and in the meantime take a big carrot and chop it into slices. Also, take two large mushrooms and chop them into thin slices.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and add half a cup of vegetable broth. Cook the mixture for around 10 minutes. In the end add 60 grams of black grapes and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
