– Add 2 lbs sugar and stir regularly and cook for 1-1/2 hour after the liquid boils
This will create a thick syrup.
Lower the heat and remove this hot syrup into hot jars. Make sure the jars have been already sterilized.
Close the jars.
The syrup will have a dense texture and it is mostly referred as honey.
