Weight loss is a dream for most people. They want to lose weight without taking much effort. If it can happen while watching movies or reading a book, it is all the more better. The following recipe can do just that. It may sound unbelievable though. Two ingredients- cinnamon and honey are required to do it. They help in burning fat. Having these two items can also have other health benefits.

Recipe:

– Take about 250 ml of water and boil it.

– Cool it.

– Add 2 teaspoons of honey

– Add the honey only when the water has cooled down. Otherwise, the medicinal properties of honey are lost.

Consume it fresh. Early in the morning and just before bedtime is the best time to have it.
