– Banana – 1
– Orange – 1
– Ginger powder – 1/4 tablespoon
– Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
– Fat-free/low-fat yoghurt – Half glass (Greek Yoghurt)
– Flax seed – 2 tablespoon
– Whey powder – 2 tablespoons
How to Prepare?
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them together. Then pour the drink into a glass and enjoy.
