- Wrap the aluminium foil over and around the painful region and then use a bandage to keep it in place and well secure.
- This can be done just before bedtime so that the wrap can be left on the painful body region overnight.
- You should repeat this procedure for between 10 to 12 days, after which you should give yourself a 2 week break.
- You can repeat the procedure if pain persists.
Use Aluminium Foil To Treat Minor Burns
Aluminium foil consists of materials that can help to soothe burns better than other available procedures. First, you should wash that burn using cold water and then dry the burn with a clean soft towel. You should then apply a thin layer of a burn treatment ointment on the burn. Once applied place a sterile gauze on the burn region and wrap this with an aluminium foil. Keep the wrap in place and secure with a bandage and leave on until there is significant improvement.
Aluminium Foil Takes Care Of Phantom Pains
If you experience phantom pains, which are basically pains that you cannot explain how, why or where they come from, then an aluminium foil can help relieve you of such pains. Just wrap the area where you often experience the pain with an aluminium foil and secure it using a medical bandage after a while you will notice that the pains will disappear. You can take off the wrap once you have noticeable improvements.
Use It To Combat Persistent Cold
To combat flu and common cold symptoms, just wrap your feet with 5 to 7 layers of aluminium foil and leave for one hour, remove the foil and allow your feet to breathe for about two hours then repeat the wrapping and leave for another hour. You should repeat this process until you feel much better or for seven days.
