How Can You Treat Hemorrhoids?
Here are simple but effective ways of treating hemorrhoids.
- Consume Fiber Rich Foods
You should eat foods that are rich in fiber such as;
- Fresh fruits
When you eat fiber rich foods your will soften your stool and this will lessen the pressure on the hem0rrhoids. You will bless likely to be constipated as well. Make sure you drink lots of water also.
- Engage In Exercise
You will improve your colon function when you engage in moderate exercises everyday. You can go for walks, this will help.
- When You Have To Go – Go!
Once you feel an urge to defecate do not hesitate to go. You can also train your body to use the toilet at a specific time in the day like in the morning before breakfast.
- Warm Bath Water
You can sit in warm bath water to help you to reduce the irritation and itching around your anus.to do this boil some water and pour in a large basin add some salt and lukewarm water. Check to make sure the water is tolerable enough, then sit in it for about 20 minutes especially after bowel movements.
- Use Hemorrhoid Creams, Pillow or Ice
You can get hem0rrhoids creams from your local pharmacy. These creams help to reduce the pain associated with the condition.
- You can also use ice to reduce the swelling and pain.
- Avoid sitting on a hard surface, instead sit on a pillow to avoid the creation of new hemorrhoids and to reduce the swelling.
