To get relief from rheumatism you can prepare rosemary tincture.
Here is how to prepare it;
- Put 20 grams of rosemary in about 100 ml of alcohol.
- Allow this to sit for about 10 days and after which you need to strain it.
- Dissolve between 15 to 20 drops in a glass of water.
- You can also use it externally to treat rheumatism and circulation problems.
You can use rosemary to treat headaches easily. All you need to do is prepare rosemary tea using both the leaves and flowers.
To prepare this tea you should just pour 1 teaspoon of either fresh or dried leaves in a cup of boiled water, let it sit for about 15 minutes then drink 2 cups daily but do not drink before bedtime.
You can also inhale rosemary tea to combat depression. It will also help to relax your muscles and this is great if you are fighting menstrual cramps.
