Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is worth to invest a little more time to ensure high quality food that will give you the necessary energy, and will adversely affect your health.

Avocados possess an abundance of good fats that are essential for heart health, and also contain more potassium than bananas.
Eggs, on the other hand, are one of the healthiest ingredients in the world. They are filled with vitamins and proteins.
Make delicious and healthy breakfast within several minutes!
– 2 ripe avocados
– 4 fresh eggs
– 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/8 teaspoon of red pepper
– feel free to serve with fresh herbs like chopped parsley, chopped chives or other topping you have available
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice the avocados in half and scoop out about one-two tablespoons of flesh from the center of the avocado, just enough so the egg will fit in the center.
Place the avocados in a baking dish. Crack an egg into each avocado half.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the size of your eggs and avocados. Just make sure the egg whites have enough time to set.
Remove from oven, then season with pepper, parsley, chives, and garnish of your choice.
