– 10 fresh red hot pepper
– 2 cups of cold-pressed olive oil
Method of preparation:
First take the peppers, cut their stems, wash them well and put them in meat mincer. You should get around a cup of sliced resulting mixture. Put the sliced mixture in a clean glass jar and pour the olive oil over it.
Keep it in a dark place for 7 days and then strain the resulting mixture through gauze or a plastic strainer.
You can store the pepper mixture in the refrigerator and use it as a dish supplement. You can use the red oil for the above mentioned problems.
Way of use:
For starters, rub the oil on the affected area whenever you feel joint pain or pain in other body parts. Practice this several times during the day
When it comes to treating leg pain, once you rub it in, put on warm socks or tights.
Heat other parts of the body, depending on the location of the pain – arms, back, neck etc. After applying the oil, you will feel tingling on the skin, but it is bearable, even enjoyable, because the oil heats the skin without causing burns or any kind of strong pain.
