Warts usually appear on the hands, but it is not unusual to appear on other parts of the body as well. They are small tumor growths which in most cases are harmless. However, this is rather annoying cosmetic problem for which, fortunately, there is a cure, without any surgical intervention.
The reason for wart occurrence is a viral infection in the body, also known as human papilloma virus. It is transferable from one person to another but only if one has warts. They can also be transferred from various objects that are touched by a person with the infection. This virus is mostly attracted by white colored items such as paper, cotton white sheets etc.
The disease usually develops over a weakened body and reduced immunity, and the reason for this is usually fatigue, psychological trauma, frequent colds etc. In many cases warts disappear for a month or two. - Lemon against warts
Peel one lemon, take its rind off, chop it and place it in a 200 ml glass. Add 125 ml of alcohol vinegar in the glass. Let the mixture stand still for a day. Stir the mixture the very next day. Use swab in order to apply the mixture onto the unwanted wart(s). Repeat this procedure every day in the morning and evening.
- Castor oil against warts
Apply castor oil onto the unwanted warts three times a day – in the morning when you wake up, in the afternoon and in the evening before you go to sleep. Apply the castor oil using swab. People who used this remedy claim that the warts will start decreasing after the third day of usage. The wart(s) should be gone for good within 10 days.
- Garlic against warts
Mash one clove of garlic and mix it with little bit of salt afterwards. Mix the two ingredients until you get homogeneous mixture. Apply this remedy onto the warts five minutes after the mixture is done. Again, use swab when you apply it. You need to apply the mixture three times a day, in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.
All these remedies act slowly but, according to many people, they are very effective. Use the remedies until the unwanted wart is gone.
