Ingredients needed:

– 1 kg of beetroot

– 1 kg of carrots

– 1 kg of apples

– 4 lemons

– 250 grams of honey

Method of preparation:

Wash the fruits and vegetables well and then grind the apples, beets and carrots and place them in a large bowl.

Squeeze the lemon’s juice and add it in the bowl with the ground fruits and vegetables. Give the mixture a good stir before you tightly close it and store it in the fridge for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, strain the resulting mixture through gauze. Next thing to do is mixing the resulting juice with the honey. Mix until you get homogeneous mixture. You should get about 2 liters of liquid in the end of this whole process. Transfer this liquid in glass bottles and store them in the fridge.

Way of usage:

Drink 50 ml of the remedy every morning on an empty stomach.
