The Walnut Trick!
Walnuts are great for eating, but you can also use them for relieving stress. To do this, all you need are two walnuts.
Put the walnuts in the middle of the palm of your hand and with your fingertips, gently roll the walnuts in circular movements on the palm of your hand.
Whenever you feel stress, just do this trick and your stress will dissipate and you will be able to relax and get some much needed sleep.
