– 10 to 12 grams of dried pomegranate peel
– 200 ml of boiled water
Method of preparation:
Dried pomegranate peel and boiled water should be in ratio 1:20.
Put the pomegranate peel in preheated cup or bowl and pour the boiled water over it. Cover the cup/bowl and let the mixture stand still for half an hour. You can consume the liquid after half an hour.

You can start consuming the liquid once it has stayed in the boiled water for half an hour. Divide half of the dose (100 ml) into four parts; each part should be from 20 to 25 ml. Consume the first part of the remedy in the morning on an empty stomach. You should finish consuming the fourth part before you go to sleep.
