But it is the stomach fat which causes the biggest problem. It is very important to remove it as soon as possible.
Use the following recipe to get rid of stomach fat and high cholesterol.
– Lemon- 1 kg
– Parsley- 5-6 bunches
– Water – 3 liters
– Baking soda- 1 tbsp
– In warm water, add baking soda and lemon juice.
– Let it stand for one hour.
– Cut the parsley and lemon into small pieces.
– Add them to a bowl of water (3 liters) and heat it for 2-3 hours.
– Strain it.
– About 1.5 liters of syrup will be left.
– Consume it for 15 days on an empty stomach.
