Stretching

Stretching is the first thing you should do in the morning, before you even get out of bed. It should become your habit or simply your morning ritual.

Neck exercise

Swimming

Yoga

Yoga includes various breathing techniques that enhance the concentration of oxygen in the blood, and blood flow through the muscles.

Rotating the feet in clockwise direction

Sit in a chair and move your feet in clockwise direction. Repeat it 10 times because thus you will also improve blood circulation and mobility of your feet.

Cycling and dancing

Cycling is the best exercise for improving blood flow to the lower body. Dancing, on the other hand, is quite effectively for improving circulation.
