Refined white sugar is still not the unhealthiest ingredient in the world, it is soybean oil.
A research has been done in which it has been proved that this ingredient is too unhealthy.
Scientists gave coconut oil to one group of mice, and soybean oil to other group. In addition to these foods, mice received special food enriched with fat and with the addition of fructose.
Those mice receiving only soybean oil had 9% more body weight than the group that ate coconut oil. Also, it was established that they had fattier liver and developed insulin resistance.
On the other hand, coconut oil is considered to be one of the healthiest foods, but due to the high cost of quality products, many cannot afford it.
