This natural ingredients drink comprises of lemon but instead of squeezing just the juice, you will boil both the pulp and peel in order to benefit from all the super nutrients the fruit has to offer.
This is how you can prepare this amazing drink:
- Organic lemons – 6 pieces
- Pure natural honey
- Clean drinking water – 20 ounces
- First, chop up the lemons in halves then add them to your 20 ounces of water that gas been poured in a pot.
- Boil the water and lemon slices for 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
