You can boost your entire health with this ancient Tibetan recipe which is over 5,000 years old.
This recipe consists of only two ingredients that are easy to come by and they include rum and garlic.
It has been proven that this recipe is effective in the prevention and treatment of several health problems such as:
- High blood pressure
- Gastric issues
Here’s what you need and how to prepare the recipe!
- Rum or alcohol (95%) – between 200 and 250 millilitres
- Raw garlic – 350 grams
Note: Make sure that the alcohol you use is free of methanol or benzalkonium chloride.
- You should first of all peel and chop up the raw garlic.
- Once you are done chopping them up, put them in a glass jar and fill the jar with the rum or alcohol.
- Leave it for about 10 days and afterwards strain the rum or alcohol. Remove the garlic and leave just the rum or alcohol in the glass jar.
- Refrigerate this drink for about 2 days.
Here’s how to use this recipe.
- For the first day consume a mixture of a single drop of the recipe in water or milk in the morning, two drops in the afternoon and three drops in the evening before each meal.
- In the second day you should take four drops with milk or water in the morning, five drops in the afternoon and before dinner consume six drops.
- For day three consume seven drops before breakfast, eight drops before lunch and nine drops before dinner.
- In day four you should take ten drops in the morning, eleven drops in the afternoon and twelve drops in the evening.
- Day five consume thirteen drops in the morning, fourteen drops in the afternoon and fifteen drops in the evening.
- For day six take fifteen drops in the morning, fourteen drops in the afternoon and thirteen drops in the evening.
- By day seven take twelve drops in the morning, eleven drops in the afternoon and ten drops by evening.
- In day eight consume nine drops in the morning, eight drops in the afternoon and by evening take seven drops.
- For day nine take six drops in the morning, five drops by mid-day and four drops in the evening.
- Consume three drops in the morning, two drops in the afternoon and one drop in the evening on day ten.
- When you get to the eleventh day you should consume twenty five drops of the recipe thrice daily until your prepared recipe is exhausted.
An important caution to note is that this recipe should be used only once every five years.
If you have issues with your stomach like ulcer or you have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) then you really shouldn’t be taking this recipe.
